integrates classic Hatha principles with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, helping participants relieve stress, improve

peak in my spiritual awakening in 2020 while living in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. From that point, posing as normal
began to be impossible to maintain, leading me to embrace spiritual studies in September 2022 at the University of
Metaphysical Sciences by exploring other divine blueprints such Human Design, Gene Keys, and Rayology. It is my
intent to let the flow of creativity lead me to master complementary healing modalities in the future under the

Bio: Hey everyone! I grew up in Central Mississippi with my grandmother, an energy healer, and was raised to
continue the family tradition. After many years of being a legal secretary and much study in various energy
modalities, I decided it was time to change careers. I became a Reiki Master in 1998 and then attended Mississippi
School of Therapeutic Massage in Jackson. I became a licensed massage therapist in 2004 (LMT #718). My
massages range from relaxing light Swedish to deep tissue depending on what the client wants. I also specialize in
prenatal massage. I listen to my clients and then create an atmosphere to facilitate the most relaxing, healing
space for them. Additionally, I specialize in Reiki Massage which combines Reiki and light to medium pressure
